Building Management System (BMS) operator, also known as BMS Service Engineer, is responsible for Installing the Building Management System (BMS) at the client premises. The person is also responsible for monitoring the BMS for smooth functioning and carrying out its regular repair and maintenance including upgrades, as needed. The job involves testing, installation, commissioning of automation systems in buildings involving HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), FAS (Fire Alarm System), ACS (Access Control System) & CCTV (Closed Circuit TV) Systems.
