Course Description :

Food & Beverage Service Steward, also known as “Waiter or Waitress”, is responsible for efficiently and courteously serving food and beverage to guests of hotel, restaurant, canteens and banquet functions. The job involves greeting the guests and helping them to take their seats; take down orders; serves them with tableware, food, beverages, and accompaniments; finally clear the used dishes and settle customer’s accounts as per the company’s policy. Typical Job Roles (Positions) – Water, Food and Beverage Server, Bartender, Catering Staff, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager etc.
