It included unique skills necessary to respond to client enquiries and requests via telephone assisted by computerized systems. Upon completion of this course, trainees will be equipped with the knowledge and expertise to work as customer service representatives in the IT-ITeS sector as well as in various desk jobs. With the skills acquired, they will be able to provide efficient and effective customer service, helping to ensure customer satisfaction.
